You’ll learn how to turn brand strategy into clear creative briefs, collaborate with agencies and partners, and give structured feedback that improves outcomes. From there, you’ll build performance muscle across the channels that drive results: optimizing ROAS across Meta, Google, and TikTok; designing viral challenges that generate UGC and measurable impact; and recovering revenue with a multi-touch abandoned cart email sequence. You’ll also develop content and SEO systems that scale—writing optimized posts, auditing content libraries using performance data, building on-page SEO action plans, and prioritizing work with scoring models and quarterly roadmaps. Finally, you’ll bring it all together with 360° campaign execution, using project management principles and reporting frameworks to keep teams aligned and prove impact.
