This Specialization is designed for learners who want to build practical skills for managing projects using Agile approaches. Through three courses, you’ll explore Agile principles and project management fundamentals, learn how to design and plan Agile projects, and develop strategies for coordinating and executing project work. Applied Learning Project
Learners will apply Agile project management skills through hands-on activities and realistic project scenarios. They’ll practice organizing and prioritizing work, developing user stories and project requirements, estimating effort, collaborating with project teams, monitoring progress, and responding to changing priorities.
