Very good and learned a lot of information in a short amount of time. The hands on labs were good and presented a lot of good knowledge for the IT field.

Was able to complete Technical Support Fundamentals two weeks earlier than expected. Courses are set up in a way that makes it very hard for you to fail.

Thanks to this wonderful and informative course. Not only teaching basics and techniques also molding to how to face interviews and deal with confidence.
