This course was very helpful and informative, providing several methodologies for root cause analysis, and providing guidance as to when each methodology would best serve the situation.

Course is overall good, i would prefer if they had made sure to add subtitles, because of the strong accent, the automatic subtitles don't match all the time, and he is a little hard to understand at times. But overall a good presenter.

I assume that the transcript of the speaker's words is auto generated because it did not account for the speaker's accent and misinterpreted several words. Content was very informative and presented well.

This course helped me understand what RCA means and its importance in an organization. It is easy to navigate, and the course questions are easy to understand.

Good overview

Both the lecturer and me are not native English speakers, and he is obviously from a different language family than I am, so I didn't quite understand his accent/poor English. I found it very tiring to listen to, and even the auto-generated subtitles had a hard time making sense of him. I quit after 5 minutes.

Very basic, long videos for the quantity and quality of the information, presenter seems to be continuously reading a screen.
