Now that the project is underway, it is critical to keep stakeholders informed of the project progress on a regular basis. This is true for both Predictive and Adaptive projects. A lack of communication may disrupt project progress and even lead to a decrease in team productivity. In order to avoid such issues, disseminating project information to stakeholders should be a continuous process. In this lesson, you will communicate, distribute, and manage project information as well as report to your stakeholders.

When finishing an Adaptive project, the closing process involves closing the Sprint, closing the Release, and closing the project. In each of these closure activities, you are verifying that the deliverable provides benefit to the customer. As you conclude the Adaptive project, the team will participate in a Sprint Retrospective, which enables the team to discuss the team's performance and things they might want to change in future projects. In this lesson, you will close an Adaptive project.
