I have taken several courses and have been pleasantly surprised with Introduction to Merchandising because it is a course that has not only been well prepared in content but the instructor has made the class a small and pleasant journey through key concepts supported by real examples and valuable comments. I liked it and I recommend it.

As a former consultant, who implemented sales analysis solutions for Americas large retailers, I found the course useful in learning about designing the layout for a store to maximize customer engagement and sales.

I loved it although relevant stories are more on furniture displays, I can relate my experience of visiting IKEA store. I can revisit my days in fashion store. Thanks a lot.

It was a really "Introduction" to find a comprehensive understanding of Merchandising. I would recommend it if you are looking for an easy understanding short course.

The speaker was great, but I was hoping for more information on how to merchandise products and not as much about the concepts and philosophies behind why and how things are done. I do. appreciate what I learned.

Bare minimum basics - might be interesting for someone who never worked in retail. Super generic, almost no value

Very basic, and not supported by official frameworks. The examples given are limited. A lot of repetition in each video.
