I usually create general content as an amateur, but I applied for this course to study in more depth and have now completed the first part. Although I lacked professional knowledge about film and cinema, this was a truly valuable time for me. I learned the exact purposes and reasons behind camera directing, covering aspects I did not fully understand before, such as the difference between shots and angles, the concepts of time and space, the perspectives of both the filmmaker and the viewer, and how to develop a project starting from a documentary. Thank you.

Excellent course. The Art of Filmmaking: Foundations of Time and Space presents, in a clear and practical way, fundamental concepts of cinematic language, especially the relationship between time, space, and editing. The exercises help to immediately apply the theoretical concepts, making learning very effective for those who want to better understand the visual construction of cinema. I highly recommend it for students and those interested in audiovisual production.

Solid content for an introductory course into filmmaking, with a good selection of film excerpts and well-designed assignments.
