Overall: Course was a practical overview, with content presentation and practice tasks. There was no feedback to improve the learning based on the tasks. Tests were easy, so low expectations. Separately, security is a question, as a spammer got into the introduction and set links to another account, without the notice of class monitors or automated systems. There were also a minor detail errors, for example: a multiple answer question did not state, select all that apply, even as the round bullets were used.

The videos were short, and a good amount of the content / learning was outsourced to other educational websites.

I have recently completed the AI for Productivity online course provided by Duke University. I found this course to be very helpful. I'm reskilling to go back into the private sector and this course gave me tips on using AI for everything from scheduling to notetaking to cleaning up crazy spreadsheets. I also learned the names of many different AI tools I've never heard of that will assist me with many different types of tasks. I also liked the discussion assignments, and being able to see the responses of other learners. Thanks!

Excellent course to start knowing what all AI can do. Initially I had a notion that AI means Copilot, Gemini, Chat GPT but through this course I came to know that there are many AI and each has its own strength. Wonderful course to know what AI means.

You get a great deal of exposure when you participate in the assignments. Somehow for me the one I struggled with was the "Research" module where I was introduced to the Research tools. In my line of work I was not exposed to these tools before.

Easy to follow and good practical exercises to try out prompting AI. However, I miss a summary of the course at the end with bullet list over all highlights + all links and references used during the course.
