Does not prepare you for the final linux lab!!

I had too many issues with Window's Qwiklabs

Very vague and some instructions not clear.

really awkward to use the windoze vm's

the way she says her "s" hurts my ears.

where is a mentor at for the linux logs

would like more help to navigate labs

GUI is much Easier then Command line

i found it very boring

This course was an absolute waste of time. The instructor moves too quickly, using a customized Linux setup that doesn't match the standard distribution, making it nearly impossible to follow along. It's super clear that the materials were either rushed or poorly thought out. I joined the course hoping to learn, but I was more confused than when I started. What made it worse was that just a day ago, I was actually considering subscribing to more paid courses, but this experience has completely shattered my confidence in the platform. If this is what "free" courses look like on Coursera, then I am seriously questioning whether it's worth my time. Extremely disappointing. Maybe I should look into other platforms now!

The labs crash so you can't progress to the next section. The forums are loaded with lab issues and the only responses are someone pasting and re-pasting the instructions to launch the lab. They're not reading the users' descriptions or trying to replicate it, which is especially ironic as in the course they discuss this very issue as an example of bad IT Support.

The content is not bad. I run a Tech Support department and wanted to see what this course is like in terms of readying people for support roles. I guess I have my answer. :/
