Excellent recap and introduction to the OKR topic, well presented. Minor criticism: The concept of CFS is bloating the schedule unnecessarily.

This course shares all of the details that aren't discussed in the book. I wish I would've gone through the class before starting OKRs, but I'm excited to implement what I learned for 2023!
