IT support staff play critical roles in many different healthcare venues. I enjoyed the information provided in the videos. I really enjoyed the troubleshooting example. Great starter videos. Not too long, but informative and easy to follow with.

So far theres just tons of videos of people talking about their journey. Not much technical videos of written work teaching about Remote IT. Mostly the 1st Lesson goes over hospital incidences repeatedly.

Did not like it! Poor quality overall and annoying and extremely boring instructor! Low res videos and badly executed.
